She is a researcher and teaching assistant at Michigan State. The future groom graduated from Manchester College in Indiana and received a master's degree in physics from Michigan State. He is an academic specialist at Michigan State. They plan to marry at noon on May 27, 2000, at Lansing.

Dugan Frank Kendra Channell Channell-Frank Mr. and Mrs. Norman Channell of WaKeeney announce the engagement of their daughter, Kendra to Dugan J.
