The plan was to have an eight club league, but the manager of the Crystal Laundry team objected to soma of the rules, and after a vote was made for their adoption, there was nothing for the Crystal to do but drop from the league. The Crystal manager objected to a rule which barred Skipper" Roberts, former major league player. So the Bay Shore Athletic Club also withdrew and the league will go ahead with six clubs with home grounds at San Leandro, Lincoln Park, Alameda and Hayward. Otto Egenberger was elected president of the league. Lou Kennedy was added to the board of directors.
