Eddie was born Jan.26, Eldorado to Hubert Silas and Evelyn (Sharp) Cobb. He married Barbara Elaine (Jones) Cobb on Nov.24, 1956.They shared 55 years of marriage together before she preceded him in death April 27,2007. Eddie was a professional painter contractor for many years before retiring.He was a veteran of the U.S.Army and served his country honorably during the Korean War.

He lived life to the fullest and loved to travel the coun- try.He also liked to take trips to Metropolis and visit Riverboat Casino. enjoyed cooking and barbecuing for his family and friends. Survivors include two Sue Madson of Johnston Patty Gibbs and Marion; three grandchildren, Carie Madson of Gibbs of Marion and Timothy Earl Graves of Los Angeles; two and Erica Gibbs of Marion; two sisters, Joyce Avery of Evansville, Sharon Loyd of Johnston City; and several and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; three and Ronnie Cobb; two Gibbs and Terri Ann Seibeck; brother, Jack Cobb; and a son-in- Madson. Louis. Jo was born Dec.7,1927,in son of Martha (Mendenhall) and Jo G. Loomis Sr.He married Marilyn Johnson on May 7, Chicago; together, they shared 62 years of mar- riage.Marilyn survives and lives in Marion. Jo was a member of Lake of Egypt Christian Church. He honorably served his country in World War II, enlisting in the Navy at the age of afterwards serving in the U.S.Army and U.S.Air Force. He retired from Berry Bearing Company in 1989 in Chicago after 35 years.He trained at the Illinois Institute of Technology as a mechanical engineer. Jo was a founding member of Little Egypt Arts Main Street and Veterans on Parade.He loved his family the years of his his six children to follow their dreams. He loved touring the U.S.,history and a larger than life personality.He will be missed and honored by his family forever.

Serving during the Vietnam retired from the U.S.Air Force in 1975 after 21 years of serv- ice.He retired from the VA Hospital in 1995 after working there for 20 years. She was united in marriage to Ivan M.Maze on Dec.1,1938,in He preceded her in death Sept.2,2010. Survivors include a son, Gary M.and Judy Maze of Goreville; three and Joyce Maze of and Randy Merriman of Anita and Bryan Etheridge of Goreville; eight great- grandchildren; one great- great-grandchild; and two Black of Goreville and Elbert Black of Anna. In addition to her parents and was preceded in death by a great-granddaughter, Elizabeth Merriman; and a was killed in action during World War II. Allethia was a homemak- er.She had also been employed as a factory worker. She was a member of Goreville United Pentecostal Church.She was devoted to her family and especially enjoyed babysitting and taking care of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren when they were young.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three and Herbert; two Voss and Dora Knop; daughter: Ruth Schnoeker; and one great-great-grandchild.
