If convicted, he could end up in the same jail cells where he was a supervisor. He has worked for years in the Queensgate jail and the Hamilton County Justice Center. The maximum penalty is a year in jail and a $2,500 fine. Deputies charged him with a felony of theft in office instead of simply theft of less than $500, a misdemeanor.
