LOS ALAMOS, N.M. V-A Bulgarian film, "Sun And Shadow," won the John F. Kennedy Memorial Peace Award at the second annual International Peace Film Festival in Los Alamos. The Kennedy award, given only this year, went to the, film Judges decided best expressed the peace theme of the Festival. "Sun And Shadow" Is the Ranghel Vulchanov and written by Valeri Petrov.

The only other familiar jpame Is Walter Chiari, who appeared at the Fisher some years ago in "The Gay Life." There are dozens of beautiful women, mostly gorgeous. EMIL AND THE DETECTIVES Emil and the pickpocket are entombed alive.

The water is rising around their arm-pits. Overhead the fuse is fussing its way toward three sticks of dynamite. Will Emil get out?
