Acrt! 30, '73 Five Men Shot Standing Outside Bar Two carloads of men jumped four men in front of a Detroit bar early Sunday morning and fired a bullet into the foot of each man. A fifth man was shot in the arm. George Cannon, 23, of 5648 McKinlev; Albert Bean, 30, of 20033 Presl; Julius Jones, 30, of 16660 Prest, and Acie Brock, 35, of 2765 Twenty-fifth, were each shot in the foot.

Elmer Partriote, 40, of 3224 Vine-wood, was shot in the arm. The men told police they were standing in front of the Hurricane Lounge at Twenty-fourth and Michigan, at 3 a.m. when they were attacked by eight to 12 men who drove up in an old Chevrolet and a new Cadillac Eldorado. James Samburg Of Cleaning Company Services for James Samburg, 73, of Oak Park, will be at 2:15 p.m. Monday at the Ira Kaufman Chapel, 18325 W.

Nine Mile, Southfield. Mr. Samburg, owner and founder of the- Deluxe One Hour Martinizing Cleaners, 26196 W. Six Mile, Redford Township, died Sunday in Botsford General Hospital, troit Edison Co. for 49 years and retired in 1963 as director of its legal department.

A graduate of the Detroit College of Law, Mr. Heidt was a member of the Michigan and Detroit bar associations, the Senior Men's Club of Grosse Pointe, Palestine. Lodge No. 357 and the Economic Club of Detroit. Survivors are his wife, Muriel G.

three sons, Milton, Charles W. and William two daughters, Mrs. Oscar Ziemba and Julie A. and eight grandchildren. The body will be cremated.

Mrs. Delores Wasmeiy Scouting Leader Services for Mrs. Delores M. Wasmer, a leader in Girl Scouting and garden club activities, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St.

Rivard, 71, of Detroit, died Saturday in St. Hospital, Mount Clemens, after a short illness. He was a. native of New Baltimore. He retired in 19fi2 after 39 years with the company.

Mr. Rivard was a member of Monaghan Council No. 2690 Knights of Columbus and a charter memher of the Gabriel Richard Council. Surviving are two Lacel C. and Thomas a daughter, Mrs.

Eileen Eckert, one sister and 12 grandchildren. William H. Cross, Ford Engineer William H. Cross, a retired Ford Motor Co. engineer, died Sunday at St.

Anne's Convalescent Home, Detroit. Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the R.G. G.R. Harris Funeral Home, 15251 Harper.

Mr. Cross, 82, had lived in Detroit for 75 years and was a Ford employe for 44 years. He was a member of the Acanthus Masonic Lodge No. 558. He is survived by his Frieda; a daughter, Mrs.

Hector Van Fletern; two grandchildren: and three greatgrandchildren. Mrs. Helen Cole, Elks leader Services for Mrs. Helen M. Cole, past president of the Lo-dells of Detroit Elks No.

34, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Mary of Redford Church, 14601 Mansfield. Mrs. Cole, 77, of Detroit, died Friday in Providence Hospital after a long illness.

She was a member of the St. Francis Guild of the St. Francis Home for Boys. Surviving are two sons, Edward and Robert; a daughter, Mrs. James Hayes, and seven grandchildren.

Clarence J. Weine, Company President Services for Clarence John Weine, former president of Saran Protective Coatings will be at 1 p.m. Tuesdav at the Clyne Funeral Home, 22322 Gratiot, East Detroit. Mr. Weine, 6S, died Saturday in his home in Roseville after a long illness.

He was a native of Alpena. He was former secretary of the Saran Lined Pipe and was previously a chemist for the Acme White Lead Co. and the Michigan Chrome Co. He was a graduate of the Detroit Institute of Technology. Surviving are his wife, Lois; two sons, Keith and William; one brother, four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Cameron Randolph Beard, 67, retired banker and executive of American Ranker magazine; he was the former husband of Dita Beard, a central figure in the ITT scandal of last, year; died in Nashville, Tenn. Carl J. Kreitler, 59, senior vice-president Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner Smith, former president of the Government Securities Association, and leader of Colgate University alumni activities; in New York.
