1 DETROIT FREE PRESS Sept. 17, '76 9-C Death Notices Hazel Robinson Dies; Led Retiree Groups Services for Hazel G. Robinson, a longtime schoolteacher and leader of retiree groups, will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the Ross B. Northrop Son Funeral Home, 22401 Grand River.

Mrs. Robinson, 87, died Wednesday at the Arnold Home in Detroit. A resident of Southfield, Mrs. Robinson served in 1971 as Michigan's representative to the White House Conference on Aging. She was appointed by Gov.

Milliken, and for her duties was honored by the Legislature as tse outstanding older person of the state in 1971. Mrs. Robinson was a founding Association member of the American. sons, a state director of the Michigan Retired Teachers Association and an area vicepresident of the National Retired Teachers Association. She received her bachelor's degree in Lansing in 1907.

She taught there for four years, then taught in Detroit from 1911 to 1942. She moved to Garden City in 1943, and taught elementary school there until her retirement in 1955. Mrs. Robinson is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Donald (Anne) Hirschberg; one granddaughter, and two greatgrandchildren.

Burial will be in Grand Lawn Cemetery. Mary Miner Roberts, Duffield Teacher Services for Miss Mary Miner Roberts, a retired Detroit schoolteacher, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Cyprian's Episcopal Church, Milford and Hartford. Miss Roberts, 78, of Detroit, died Sunday in the Dearborn Medical Center.

She taught at the Duffield School for 43 years before retiring in 1963. Miss Roberts was instrumental in establishing the Delta Home for Girls. She was a member of the Fortnightly Bridge Club, the Willing Workers Society and Delta Sigma Theta sorority. Family hour will be 7 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Charles T.

Dutcher, 54, of Farms.o Pointe Woods, died Tuesday in Omaha. He received his medical degree from Wayne State University, interned at Detroit Memorial Hospital and practiced for 24 years at Bon Secours Hospital. He was also on the staff of Cottage, Detroit Memorial and South Macomb hospitals. He was a trustee of Bon Secours, associate professor of family medicine at WSU, a member of the American Board of Family Practice, past president of the general practice section of the Wayne County Medical Society and former director of the Michigan Academy of Family Physicians. Dr.

Dutcher was formerly chief staff at Bon Secours and associate director of its family! practice residency program. He is survived by his wife, Carol; three daughters, Mrs. Ann Klaiber, Mrs. Sue Silva and Jayne; two sons, James and Paul, and one sister. Chester H.

Allen, Gas Station Operator Services for Chester H. Allen, a Detroit businessman, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the People's Community Church 8601 woodward. Mr. Allen, 65, died unexpectedly Monday at Zeiger Hospital in Detroit.

He was a service station operator for more than 25 years. His daughter Evelyn is the wife of City Councilman Ernest C. Browne. He was a member of the Service Station Dealers Association of Michigan and the People's Community Church. He is survived by one son, Henry P.
