Scheduled BY THE CLUB EDITOR EVERY DAY LIVING is not the relatively simple problem it was in the years before war and rationinng has forced revision of thinking household planning. For that reason, the series of lectures entitled "Every Day Living" which the Cerveny Women's Round Table will sponsor, is particularly timely. The course will begin Thursday, April 1, at the Cerveny School and will continue for eight weeks. The classes, conducted under the auspices of Wayne University and taught by Airs. Clara B.

Lemm, will meet from 9:15 to 11:15 o'clock every Thursday morning. The next social activity on the Round Table's calendar is the annual May Day tea given for mothers of Cerveny children, scheduled for Friday. May 7, at 1 o'clock at the school. CERVENY WOMEN'S Club members elected Mrs. Gale Menold president for the coming year at the meeting last week.

Serving with Mrs. Men-old will be Mrs. Jack Gordon, vice president; Mrs. Clune Kennedy, recording secretary; Mrs. William Grabendike, corresponding secretary, and Mrs.

Wayne Skaglin, treasurer. Mrs. Gordon gave the outgoing officers, headed by Mrs. William Kreager, gold pins at in the Army now! Clean Face First Step to Beauty I5V GRACE BARBER WHAT IS lovelier than a youthfully fresh, glowing skin? And it can be yours if you give your skin the care it needs. By 'are we mean principally cleanliness.

It is the improperly cleaned skin that is susceptible to enlarged pores, blackheads and blemishes. A clean face is not as easy to achieve as it once was. By the end of the work day the dirt and grime may be so thoroughly imbedded in the pores that a superficial cleaning wont remove it but will leave the dirt there to be a source of irritation. FOR THIS reason the smart business woman (or the factory worker either) gives her complexion a deep yet gentle cleans-ng at noon, as well as morning fnd night. Frequent thoroughgoing clrnnsings remove the necessity for harsh, irritating rubbings.

There's a new little kit put out by the same cosmetic manufacturer who perfected the exquisite made-of-milk creams and cosmetics. The cream in the kit should prove popular. It's made of 18 per cent fresh whole pasteurized milk. After using it you feel as if you had taken off an old face and put on a new one. To complete the cleansing process you pat skin with cotton saturated in what is called toning milk, also in the kit.

It is a milky lotion that acts as a mild astringent in cutting the dirt-laden creams and leaving the skin fresh. Finish off the cleans, ing with the third item, an emulsion, a fluffy, non-greasy emollient and you are ready for fresh make-up. The kit is priced at 52.50. Full-sized jars of each of the items, may be bought separately, of course. For further shopping information call Randolph 8915 or write to the beauty editor, in-ciosing a self-addressed, stamped envelope for a personal reply.
