If' ix graduates of Highland Park Community High School will join the school's Hall of Fame during the second annual induction ceremonv and banquet on Friday.

066. Audrey McKenna to the University of Detroit Mercy through the Jessie Slaton Memorial Scholarship Program. Michelle is the daughter of Renita and Stanley Daniel and has a sister, Megan. John Williams, 39, of Detroit, completed his 20th and last Walk on Oct.

10. His first walk was 1978. Williams became a double amputee in 1978, due to frostbite. His doctors have told him he can't participate in the annual walk for justice because it takes too much out of him. "Next year, I'll work on the sidelines," said Williams.

Three Detroit Sisters, George Eiia Hendricks, Dorothy Hardman and Betty Jean Bolden, celebrated 25 years of service at Chrysler's Sterling Stamping Plant in Sterling Heights on Sept. 26-27. They all were hired in September 1968. George also celebrated her 51st birthday on Sept. 11.

They are the daughters of the late Rev. Willie and Senoil Daniel of Detroit. MAURICIA HEAD was elected vice presidentpublic relations and Sarah Jacobs was chosen as vice presidentadministration for 1993-94 for the Detroit Chapter of Women in Communications. Head is a media relations specialist with Blue CrossBlue Shield of Michigan. Jacobs is a community relations supervisor for Health Alliance Plan.

a.W. Curtis Curtis Jr. Laboratories, a manufacturer of cosmetics and health care products in Detroit, Curtis has encouraged the efforts of other minority entrepreneurs. Many of his company's products are the results of his work with George Washington Carver in the late 1930s and early 1940s. In 1992, he established an endowment that will support African American students studying in Cornell's College of Agriculture and Life Science.

Genevieve Palezynski of Detroit has joined the Women in Military Service Memorial Foundation as a field representative. The foundation's more than 900 field representatives worldwide search for servicewomen to ensure their service wiDbe honored in the Women in Military Service Memorial. The memorial will be built at the main entrance to Arlington National Cemetery, to honor all women who have served in the armed forces since the Revolutionary War. Alpha Kappa Alpha held a mass committee meeting in Chicago. Committee representatives from Michigan included Jean Sherman, Rose Miller, Jacqueline Newman and Dr.

Phyllis Robinson, all of Detroit; Camille Bell of Kalamazoo; Dr. Gloria Smith and Ursula Phoenix, both of East Lansing, and Dr. Bella Parker of Ann Arbor. The Detroit Historical Society was awarded a $50,000 grant from the ''Skillman Foundation for general operating support. The society recently launched its campaign to raise $3.9 million for new exhibitions, programs and an endowment for the museums (Detroit Historical, Dossin Great Lakes, Historic Fort Wayne and Historic Moross House).
