Open tournament Practicially all the hopefuls checked in at Dixie Bowl for prac tice games riday By far the two most impressive of the 140 were two professionals who have been mentioned as sure bets to make the 12 man finals These two of course would be Joe (You Aw right) Joseph and Bill (BPAA All Star Winner) Tucker Joseph needed little time in adapting his easy flowing full roller to the Dixie boards Within five minutes he was driving al! ten pins seemingly through the back of the house If Joseph can keep up the pace and win the Carling Open it could be the breakthrough the husky Syrian needs Joseph's career is dotted with second and third place finishes Joe himself refers to himself as always a bridegroom and never a bride A spot check of some of the top name howlers such as Billy Golembiewski Wayne Zahn and Tucker reveals that Joseph is the favorite to win the $2100 first place money Not to be looked over lightly however are Tucker and former Atlantan Bill Pace (Pace) bowled real well on the pro Joseph said should be the Golembiewski Joseph's travel ing partner this trip nodded asked to 000 ooo o010 023 04X 10 (6) Apple (7) and Sullivan Tnt ale Lined out Hillman in 5th
