He supervised more than 200 employees and was continuously recognized for leading the top region at Siemens Enterprise Networks in terms of customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee morale. 82, of Roanoke, VA, formerly of Troy Hill died Feb. 4, 2009, at Treasure Coast Hospice in Stuart, FL. Preceded in death by his parents, Carolyn and Oscar Miller Sr. and brother, Oscar Miller Jr. He is survived by his brother Arion Miller of West Sunbury, PA, his sister Carol Stockman of Mars, PA and numerous nieces and nephews.

He held a Degree in Education from the University of Virginia and was a teacher and principal in the Roanoke City Schools for over 30 years.
