She was born March 14, 1924 in Pittsburgh, daughter of the late Louis and Emma Racioppi. Ralphina had been a resident of Concordia at Ridgewood Place for the past three years.

She will be sadly missed by her loving daughter, Sharon Bonfili and husband, Robert, of Murrysville; loving daughter, Sheila Lepovsky and husband, Richard of Penn Hills, and her beloved grandson, Todd Lepovsky and his wife, Kate, of Crofton, Maryland; also a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Ralphina was predeceased by her loving husband of 55 years, William; her brothers, Joseph, John and Patsy Racioppi, and her sisters, Sue McConville and Frances Szerszynski. Her daughters would like to express their deep and heartfelt thanks to the wonderful staff at Ridgewood Place where Feenie was cared for in her last three years. Thanks also to the 'angels' of Ascera Care Hospice who took such loving care of her. We could never adequately express our gratitude to all these kind people.

Feenie was a devoted, unselfish and loving mother and her passing leaves a hole in our hearts that could never be filled. A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, 10:00 a.m. in St. Gerard Majella Church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Concordia at Ridgewood Place Activities Fund, 1460 Renton Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15239.

Mary Ann, who previously lived in Oakmont, Pennsylvania, was born on July 10, 1920 in New York Mills, Minnesota. Her father, Charles (Sulasalmi) Mattson, born in Kuusamo, Finland and her mother, Anna Greta (Pitkaaho) Mattson, born in Pulkila Oulun Laani, Finland, worked the family farm in New York Mills, MN. Mary Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold Carl, her 13 siblings, Alden, Edna, Edward, Emil, Fred, Lillian, Mary, Martha, Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg, VA.

Mary Ann, who previously lived in Oakmont, Pennsylvania, was born on July 10, 1920 in New York Mills, Minnesota. She is survived by her daughter, Karen Ann Flynn; her two sons, Loren and Alden; her grandchildren, Sean and Michael Flynn; her step-grandchildren, Douglas, Brian H. and Christopher Williams; and great-grandchild Brian J.

Williams. Mary Ann is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. Mrs. Neva took classes and worked in the Audio Visual Department of the University of Minnesota before she married Arnold, shortly after World War II. Mary Ann and Arnold lived in Seattle Washington where she gave birth to her daughter, Karen.

The Nevas moved to Pittsburgh, PA, where Mary Ann lived most of her life, over 50 years primarily in Penn Hills and in Oakmont, raising and supporting her family. She will be remembered as a selfless and caring mother and grandmother. Mary Ann loved antiques, especially Nippon china and old porcelain dolls. She was a good cook, but an excellent baker, with specialties in pies, cakes, cookies and pastries. Her grandchildren were the highlight of her life and she took pride in watching the kids grow.

(LEITER) Of Monroeville, formerly of Squirrel Hill, New York and Wilkinsburg passed away on Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at the age of 82. Daughter of the late Leo and Emmy (Landauer) Leiter of Germany and Pittsburgh, and she was a Holocaust survivor. Gerty won many accolades throughout her life including The American Legion Certificate of Distinguished Achievement Award in 1943 and several Certificates of Appreciation from the Veterans of Foreign Wars and for her work with Hadassah and her recent enthusiastic work with Symphony East, an affiliate of the Pittsburgh Symphony Society. She was preceded in death by her dear friend Irving Goldstein. Gerty is survived by many more loving friends who will miss her dearly.

She was born on Wednesday, October 13, 1943, in Pittsburgh, PA. Jean retired from H.J. Heinze in Pittsburgh, PA.

She had formerly worked at Del Monte in Pittsburgh and was a graduate of Sacred Heart High School and the St. Francis Nursing School both in Pittsburgh, PA. She was a U.S. Army veteran serving in the Vietnam War from 1963-1964. She had been a residence of Pittsburgh until moving to Montpelier in June of 2009.

She had formerly attended the St. Margaret's Catholic Church in Montpelier. She was the daughter of the late John Edward Moan and the late Caroline (Ivancic) Moan. Survivors include a son, Walter (wife Hope) Schneider of Pittsburgh; daughters, Mary Ann (husband Anthony) Chechak and Christine (companion John Major) Ramsey both of Montpelier; brothers, Edward Moan of Pittsburgh, John Moan of Peoria, AZ, Robert Moan of Williamsburg, PA; grandchildren, Kristy Schneider, Jack (wife, Ashley) Richards, Kaylie Ramsey, Kara Ramsey, Hope Schneider, Kelly Ramsey, John Schneider, Robert Schneider, Tony Chechak, Emma Schneider, Caroline Chechak, Faith Schneider, Shawn Chechak and Elizabeth Chechak; great- grandchildren, Trinty Stever and Braelyn Rathburn. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Edward and Caroline (Ivancic) Moan; sisters, Anna Marie Bonnet, Caroline Wolfe, Lucielle Elnyczky and a brother, Matthew Bonnet.
