The decision to give practically the entire staffs of the two offices a vacation period at the same time was reached in "the interest of better advertising service for clients during the summer months, according to K. Hamman, president of the two agencies.

JJuring the two weeks' period, beginning today and ending Monday, July 23, skeleton organisations will be maintained in Oakland and San Francisco for emer gencywork only.
