14, 2011, during a home invasion in Knoxville. Mr. Cager was found guilty of first-degree murder, which carries a mandatory prison term of life without parole. Mr. Noaks was found guilty of third-degree murder, which carries a maximum penalty of 20 to 40 years.

Pittsburgh officer charged with DUI, careless driving A Pittsburgh police officer was arrested around 3:20 a.m. Monday and charged with driving under the influence and careless driving, court records show.

Their argument appealed to many council members. Council voted 8 to 7 to keep the full two-year abatement program for new home construction. He was a member of the ACBA, PBA and ABA. Mr. McMillin was a member of the Third Presbyterian Church and served several terms as Clerk of Session and Chairman of the Board of Trustees. He also served two terms as President of the Harvard Yale Princeton Club and as a Trustee of the Clan Donald Educational and Charitable Trust. He was also a member in English and American groups studying the novels and poetry of Thomas Hardy.

He regularly traveled to England to attend conferences at the sites of Hardy's novels.
