channel like just a little better deal for WKPT than it does for the a state education official said today Darrell Rowlett assistant education commis sioner in charge of the educationaal TV system told a reporter he is taking no stand on the proposal by Holston Valley Broadcasting Corp which operates WKPT TV a commercial station He said the license for the educational chan nel in question is
