Gould-New York, Jan. 14. The arrangements for the funeral of Mrs. Jay Gould who died last night, will be completed to-day. Every thing will bo done in the simplest manner.

Mrs. Gould was about 50 years old. Sbe was the daughter of Daniel G. Miller of this city, antpbor of the firm of Lee, Gatcr ft iu produce and groceries- Ha alasand a fortune. The Miller homestead was on Union Square where the Century building now stands.
