Moses Gregory, a Negro, allegedly was beaten last February 7. According to witnesses, Harvey was not present when the incident occurred. BAKERS' STRIKE PARIS W! Many Parisians wore unable to buy the staple of their diet bread today. A 24- hour bakers' strike in the Paris region closed down virtually ail shops. The bakers pulled the .strike to protest government retail price ceilings which they say arc too low to cover rising costs. Self service dining cars have been paced in operation on British railways.
