The 'aged' atmosphere is also created in the appearance of the ceilin" beams, the hand-wrought Iron lighting; fixtures of kerosene lamp type, and by th iron hardware In living room and breakfast room. Stucco walla are of Latin texture, with heavy 'eveala around the doors, windows, and arches.

A feature of the living room are the built-in book cases of open Mediterranean style; "The large bedroom are decorated with Imported wall paper, each bedroom having two closets. The bathrooms have tile wainscoting In subdued shades, pedestal basins with colored fixture trim, and each bathroom has an outside window.
