A. Shafcr. if if if Many of the service people are interested to know that the transport Thomas sailed from Fort Mason a week ago Friday on is scheduled to be her last voyage as a transport. Since the days of the Spanish-American War the Thomas has carried troups, officers and their families and supplies ti points of foreign duty. There are few of the regular service who have not had some association with the Thomas.

Martin was the best man. Supper was served later at a large horseshoe table, following which Mr. and, Mre. Weeks left for the south on their honeymoon. Mr. Weeks is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Weeks of Highland avenue. Piedmont, and was graduated from Stanford University.

His bride attended the University of California, and was later graduated from the College of the Holy Names. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. F. J.
