Abundant Light and Sunshine Charming Home In English Renaissance Architecture Built In Berekeley. Installed are Frigidaire, the Murphy type of double coil spring beds, the Clow steam heating system with individual units controlled in each apartment. The Clow system has been piroven particularly satisfactory aa it enables one to have heat whenever needed and at a temperature to suit the individual. There are enameled gas ranges with incinerators; built-in oabinets giving ample closet space, radio plugs, tiled sinka with colored borders, tiled bath rooms with showers, extra large dressing closets equipped with built-in dressers and full-length plate glass mirrors are also installed.

The use of deadening felt throughout the building and the luxurious carpets stretched from wall to wall insures thorough soundproofing. Even garage doors have special equipment in the form of nichols, bulldog holders to hold them open and to prevent slamming and scratching of the cars. Decorative features have received careful attention as well. The special stucco treatment of the walls, the ornamental iron stairway, the artistic effects brought out by the puinter and decorator and the beautiful electric lighting fixtures, form' pleasing combination.
