New cochairmen and board members will be elected, according to Coalition officials. PATENT PLANNING A program on how to obtain a patent will take place from 2 to 4 p.m. today at the Paris Junior College Alford Center, Room 105.

Presenter is Pam Speraw. Friday, June 3 KAY BAILEY HUTCHISON A breakfast honoring U.S. Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison will be at 7 a.m. Friday, June 3, at the Holiday Inn of Paris, 3560 NE Loop 286.

PARIS HIGH SCHOOL REUNION Paris High School class of 1947 will hold a reunion Friday and Saturday. CHAMBER RECEPTION Lamar County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and staff will hold a reception from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

at the chamber office on Clarksville Street to honor Rev. Richard Chamberlain and his wife Bernie. Chamberlain is retiring chief executive officer of the chamber. NEW CLUB FORMING A meeting to form a club for people whose spouses have died will be held at 7:30 p.m. at TU Electric, 635 Clarksville St.

PARIS MINISTERS ALLIANCE The Paris Ministers Alliance has invited the people of Paris to a prayer vigil to be held from 5:55 p.m. to 8:05 p.m. Friday at the Olive Branch Baptist Church. The ministers said they feel "the: necessity for the community to come together and pray for our city and the events that are going on now and in the past. It is important that we show unity in times like these and lay aside our differences to offer words of prayer and encouragement." SQUARE DANCE CLUB The Paris Square Dance Club will meet at 7:30 p.m.

at the Lamar County Fairgrounds Exhibit Building. Saturday, June 4 EAGLE FLIGHT GOLF CLASSIC Paris Golf and Country Club will be the setting June 4 for the third annual Eagle Flight Golf Classic benefitting the NeTseO Trails Council, Boy Scouts of America. The tournament begins with a continental breakfast at 6:30 a.m. and a shotgun golf start at 7:30 a.m. The tournament concludes with an awards presentation at 1 p.m.

NORTH LAMAR REUNION North Lamar High School class of 1974 will hold a day long reunion. For more information call 785-0853 or 785-8010. FAMILY REUNION The Brackeen family reunion will be at 10 a.m. Saturday June 4 in Culbertson Park in Paris. BOYS CLUB ALUMNI MEETING The Boys Club of Paris will display the first four photographs on their newly created Wall of Honor.

Alabama coach Gene Stallings, R.A. Bob Arminger, Morris Kimball and Edward Ayres have been chosen from the Boys club alumni to be placed in the Wall of Honor for youngsters entering the club to view. The new alumni association will meet annually for a reunion and business meeting at the Boys Club, with the first meeting slated for 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. June 4 at the club on 1530 1st Street N.E.

Monday, June 6 NITL REGISTRATION Registration for the National Junior Tennis League will be held at noon in Culbertson Park. The is an entry level, public relations team tennis program for boys and girls. The fee is $20 per child. A fourth generation Dallasite, she attended Dallas Public Schools and Southern Methodist University. She i is survived by her husband, Philip A.

McKinney; a son, Philip Marshal McKinney of Paris; a daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Stanley R. McWilliams of McKinney; five grandchildren, Stonar, Asa and Jay McKinney, Tim and Elizabeth McWilliams; a brother, J.T. Compton and several nieces and nephews. Bettie C. McKinney A cheerful, dedicated charity volunteer committed to Dallas community service, Bettie had a leadership role in many successful charity events and fundraisers.

She was a recipient of Northwood University's Distinguished Women's Award held in New York City and a long time member of the Northwood Women's Board. She also served on the board of the National Kidney Foundation of Texas and was active in Les Femmes du Monde, Dallas Garden Center, Dallas Opera, Dallas Symphonic Heritage Society, Dallas County World Affairs, the International Society and Dallas Arboretum. Memorials may be made to the Northwood University Memorial Scholarship Fund, 3100 Monticello, Suite 775, Dallas, Texas 75205 or to the National Kidney Foundation, 13500 Midway, Suite 101, Dallas, Texas 75244. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Fry and Gibbs Funeral Home Chapel in Paris with the Rev.

Jack Gibson officiating. Interment Gregory Lee Bills Gregory Lee Bills, 25, of Kaufman died Thursday, May 26, 1994, at his home. Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at Gene Roden's Sons Directors of Funerals Chapel with the Rev. Richard Gilmer officiating.

Burial will follow in Meadowbrook Gardens Cemetery. Mr. Bills was born on Feb. 1969, in Paris. He served in the U.S.

Army and was a member of Assembly of God Church. Surviving are his parents Sue Walker Childers and James M. "Butch" Bills; five brothers, ACROSS the VALLEY Today, June 2 CLARKSVILLE The city council of Clarksville will hold a special meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday, June 2 in the council chamber at city hall, 800 W. Main Clarksville.

Council members will discuss the possibility of combining the city secretary and city treasurer posts and the possibility of transferring the communications department to the county facilities. COMMERCE East Texas State University is holding registration for undergraduates for first summer term from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. RENO The Reno Street Commission will meet at 6 p.m. at Reno City Hall.

Burial will follow in Cuthand Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Mr. Eudy was born Jan.

21, 1933, in Red River County, a son of W.H. and Emma Duffee Eudy. He was a veteran of the Korean conflict and was a retired boilermaker and welder. He is survived by his wife, Maria Del Socorro Eudy of Bogata; a son, Jack Eudy of Wrenshall, two step-daughters, Patty and Annalou Lozoya, both of Bogata; a brother, Bill Eudy of Bogata; two sisters, Mozelle Minter of Farmers Branch and Shirley Hervey of Johntown; three grandchildren, Jason, Jordan, and Magan Eudy of Wrenshall, Minn. and two step-grandchildren.

Monday, June 6 FULBRIGHT The Fulbright Community Club will sponsor a fire prevention program at 7 p.m. at the community center. The program will be presented by the Detroit Volunteer Fire Department.
