Lieutenant and Mrs. Burmann entertained fifty memthe service set at a dinner, followed by an evening of bridge.

-Lieutenant Commander and Mrs. Pat Buchanan were hosts recently at their home on Mare Island, preaiding at a party given in honor of officers of the U. 8. 8. McDermut, destroyer, of which Lieutenant Commander Buchanan is in command.
