Others are located in nearby towns and cities. Including; San Francisco, Stockton, I'etaluma, San Jose, Lodl, Kosevllle, Oroville, Chico and Santa Rosa.

Several Nevada stores nre also included in the Oakland unit. Salt I-ake City is the center of a large unit of Skuggs stores and markets, and it is planned soon to open a large number in Omaha, nnd surrounding territory, also to greatly extend operations in the territory surrounding Cheyenne. The organization plans to have stores as far east as Chloago by the end of 1926. which will give it a continuous chain of modern food stores from the Pelficocean to the Great Latvia. It will give a section-by-section nnd state-by-state picture of building nnd real estate conditions as observed by constituent real estate boards in the 500 principal cities of the United States and Canada. The survey will give an actual measure of the extent or existence of a housing and building shertage on the basis of demand. Estimates given out from private and semi-private source have recently pictured the shortage on the one hand as no longer existent and on the other hand ns amounting to perhaps four billion dollars worth shortage of considerable magnitude confronting the industry.
