Catron who has separated from Jhis 'wife Mina Catron? Milwaukee and St Pau! railroad commenced in the district court yesterday ajfernoon The plain tiff was awarded $8000 'damages for personal injuries by a jury' April 7 1915 and the verdict was set aside by the court on the grounds that it was exces sive A new trial was granted to Loula and it is now being heard According to the complaint the plain tiff was employed by the defendant as a common laborer March 21 1914 at the Three orks coal docks While he was working on the bunkers some chunks of coal fell from the bins above him striking him on the head caus ing injuries 'to his head back and
