Kliza .1. Shipley has applied for a divorce from Thomas Shipley. She alleges in her complaint that they were married September and separated November that they have one son six years of age; that the defendant falsely accused her and threateningly flouri-hed a revolver; that he was sullen and refused to talk for days at a time. John Craig, of Mimeie. years of age, was convicted of murder in the second degree in the Henry Circuit Court at New Castle.
