Bryant signed name to the proposed contractunder which lawyers would have worked on the settlement for the state 1 he lawyers have gone to court to seek 1 5 percent of the settlement as payment Bryant has said he did not sign the document and Williams said Ms Vaughn does not remember having done so though she does acknowledge the handwriting is hers taken an affidavit from he said Ms Vaughn had authority to sign documents for Bryant but did not have clearance to sign the papers in question Williams said Ms Vaughn is still employed at the attorney general's office as assistant director of
