The council vice-presidents will be in charge of the separate meeting which will begin at 11 a.m. and include topics on Cub committee, Scout committee, chairmen and district vice- chairmen. THOMAS LEE Lee Set To Head Kiwanis Tom Lee officially took over as president in place of Arvel Block who is leaving town at the Kiwanis meeting Tuesday and members finalized plans for a family social Saturday night. Lee will serve as president until the new officers take office in October. The elected president, Block, had to resign his position because of job relocation. The Kiwanis will host a gathering for members and their families Saturday at 8:30 p.m. at the Chaparral Town House which will include swimming for the participants, Lee said. Members also discussed the allocation of club funds to needy crippled children in the community and they will make a decision soon about dispensing the funds after Hector Flores, chairman, makes his report, Lee said. Prison Rodeo ^Movie Shown TuJly Shahan, district attorney, presented a film on the Texas Huntsville Prison Rodeo during a program at the Rotary Club Tuesday, Gerald Wilson, president, said. The movie shown during the luncheon meeting, emphasized the benefits gained from the prison rodeo program such as education and recreation facilities made possible by Rodeo funds, Wilson said. Acuna Names News-Herald Acuna Bureau CIUDAD ACUNA, Mexico—Felix Lozano Range! Monday became the fourth man to be appointed as chief of the municipal police force here in less than two years. Lozano Rangel replaced Macario Ramirez Guaraeros, who was recalled to Saltillo where he will get a new assignment within the State Police and Traffice Division. Lozano Rangel came from Mexico City where he was an agent with the Mexican federal judicial police for several years. He was assigned to head the police force here by Coahuila Gov.
