Should a bidder find discrepancies, in, or omissions from, the drawings or documents, or should he be in any doubt as to their meaning, he should at once notify the Architect, who will send a written instruction to all bidders. Any addenda issued during the time of bidding are to be covered in the proposal and in consummating the contract they will become part thereof. The Owner reserves the right to hold al! bids for a maximum period of thirty (30) days after the date of bid opening.
