Hack and Housc Bonspiel is getting new look By NEILMacCARL Star sports writer 'flic annual International Junior Masters bonspicl at East York Curling Club will have a new sponsor a new name and more internation al rinks this season The a lias been changed to the Uniroyal In ternational junior cham pionship and it will be held al East York on Easter weekend April 20 22 enthused about involvement in the event this said Dave Prentice chairman of the championship has allowed us to increase the overseas involvement con EROM ALU OVER Teams from West Ger ipany Sweden Switzerland Norway Scotland and the US are entered in ad dition Io four from Canada including Mark McDonald of Gananoque the Canadian schoolboy champion The event is for curlers 18 to 21 years of age The new sponsor is hope ful of expanding participa tion of foreign rinks in fu ture years to nine teams and limit Canada to one Indicative of the progres sive junior development program in Sweden was the victory last year ot three
