The total amount is $54,700. A $4,400 amount is budgeted for travel and subsistence for teachers and for insurance for PE and athletics. Beard said that the budget did not allow much for capital outlay, that is the purchase of furniture and other equipment, because they felt that the need was not that great this year.

The total amount is $19,000. For instructional related services the district has budgeted $24,120. This includes supervisor Mrs. Workman's salary which is a payment to the Coop determined according to the number of students served. The salaries for two full-time librarians and three aides amount to a total of $59,610.

Contracted and purchased services for the instructional resources and media amount to $2,200. General supplies and materials for the library amount to a total of $7,650, this includes audio-visual supplies, book repair and binding, magazines and periodials and general supplies for each of the four school libraries operated by the district. He died April 20, 1981. Surving are three sisters, Mrs. Ona Dean and Mrs. Ola Sanders of Paris and Mrs. Lenna Spillman of Dallas.

Mrs. Addie Melton Mrs. Addie M. Melton, 121- 30th NE, died Tuesday at her home. Services are pending with Steele-Thomas Funeral Home.

Mrs. Mary Spelce HONEY GROVE Mrs. of Charlie H. Ritchey and Martha Jane Farmer Ritchey. She attended Detroit schools and married Mr.

Dean on June 8, 1940. They lived in Tulia until 1968 when they moved to Detroit. She was a Methodist. The family will receive friends from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
