Herald and Review Czechs Seize 'West's Agents' Vienna, Austria, Aug. 7 (AP) Radio Prague said today "dozens of agents of West Germany's espionage system" have been arrested in Communist Czechoslovakia. A broadcast communique, from the Czech Interior Ministry said the arrested persons were "all members of an espionage ring conducted by the former Fascist Gen. Gehlen."
