Pearson Sees New Upset In Kremlin By JACK ANDERSON WASHINGTON An urgent but unverified Intelligence e- port, received in Washington as the election returns were coming in late Tuesday night, claims that the new Soviet party bosa, Leonid Brezhnev, has struck down by a heart attack.
