Gahagan and Eber Clark, Administrators of Daniel Clark, deceased, at the February Term of the Court of Common Pleas of Huron county, Ohio, Sled a Bill in Chancery against the said HarrbReed, Philo Wells, John Miller, Jun. Edward Morse, and another, Administrators of Abishai Morse and John Miller-- setting forth, chat the said Harris Reed are indebted to the said administrators of Daniel Clark, on two certain Judgments; one recovered at the June Term of said Court, 18-35, and the other at the February Term of the same Court, for the year 1836-- that said Harris Reed have no property subject to execution to satisfy the same that said Morse and John Miller, Jun. are indebted to the said Harris Read on certain Justices' Judgments, and that the said Harris is entitled to the equitable interest in certain village lots in the town of Bucyrus; whereof the legal title is in said John Miller the prayer of which i is that said equitable interest in said lots, und the avails of said Judgments, may be appropriated to satisfy the said claims of complainants. And the said Harris Reed are hereby further notified, that unless they appear, plead, answer, or demur to said Bill, i i sixty days after the next term of said Court, the complainants, at the next term after the expiration ofsaid sixty days, will apply to said Court to take the matters of said Bill as confessed, and to -decree accordingly. Barnum --the object and prayer of which Biii are to subject the equitable interest of the said Harris Reed, in a certain and J-jfore near the mouth of Yernr.llion River, in the township of Yerrnillion in said county, to the payment of a Judgment recovered against them at the June term of said Court for the year 1835, for the payment of which Judgment said ir.ffrest bad heretofore been assigned, by legal title to which is in the said Barnum. Dexter filed in said Court hie Petition, setting forth, that be is tenant in common with others, (whose names and places of residence are to him unknown) of a certain tract of land lying in the 3d sectiou of the 3d township, in the 2lst range of the Western Reserve--being section 3d of the township of Hartland, in said county, and containing about sixteen hundred and sixty acres, and alledging that he has legal right to, and is seized in fee simple, of twelve hundred and eighty five acres in said tract, and asking said Court to order partition of the same; and to set off and apart to him the said Dexter his said twelve hundred and eighty-five acres of land. REED, JANE REED, wife of said William, others, DefCs. I pursuance of an order of said Court, at their said Term, the above named Defendants are hereby notified, that at said Term the above named Complainants filed a Bill in Chancery against the Defendants aforesaid, with others, setting forth that the said Hillyer Bush, at the November Term of said Court, A. D. 1835, recovered a Judgment against the said Abram and William for the sum of two hundred and ten and 34-100 dollars, and at the same Term recovered a Judgment against John Reed for the same sum; and that the said Leggett Fox, at the same Term of said Court, recovered a Judgment against the said Abram William for the sum of six hundred and 87100 -dollars; and at the game Term recovered a Judgment against John Reed for the same sum: That executions were issued upon said Judgments and for want of goods and chattels were levied upon certain tracts of land, (in said Bill described,) as the property ofsaid William A Reed and John Reed: That the said William and John pretend that the said land is not their property--whereas, these Complainants charge that the said land belongs to the said William and John, and pray that the same be appropriated to satisfy said Judgments. GRISWOLD CO. AVE opened a general and extensive assortment of New Goods, ir the western Store of the new brick block in this village, which they offer for sale at the lowest prices. Norwalk, Dec. 4,1835. 45 LAND FOR SALE.

HE subscriber has about 500 acres land for sale, lying on one of the western branches of the Huron river, in the 2d section of Sherman. It is wel timbered, and will accommodate the prairie farmers in the neigh hood for timber lots. Also, the South, East, and N. East quarters of section No. 3, in Greencreek town ship, Sandusky county, lying about one mile north of the turnpike, and about miles east of Lower Sandusky.

Raccoon creek runs across both of these lots, on which there are mills, both above and be low. These lots are finely timbered, anc the soil is rich. jYorwalk, July 7, 1835. 23 NOTICE. ORATIO FERRELL and JOHN BEARDSLEY have this day entered into copartnership, for the manufacturing and vending all kinds of Saddlery and Harness.
