Mr and Mrs Krnncth Halvrrsnn visited Sunday with their daughter and son Barbara and Merle in Minneapolis. Mr and Mrs .Inlin Grarnrn/ visited the weekend of June 17 wilh Mr and Mrs Fred Anderson and Mrs Fred Kerstein. Clinton Minn. They also visited with Mr Kerstein who is in the hospital, tie is a brother of Mrs Gramenz. Mr and Mrs Danny Insko and Mr and Mrs T5rn Harmon. Council agreed to es- iblish street grades and then proceed with a slreet program. Richard Ringsdorf came before the council concerning looting drains. This was referred to the drainage committee. Petition for side walk on N. Roan was read and the council ordered same in. Request to park house trailer on residential lot to live in was denied. Request was made by John Mc- Gmre that the city help pay for the connection of storm sewer across his pronerty on S. Hall. Request was approved and the cost to the city was not to exceed $500.00. It was agreed that a flat fee of S18.00 be charged for the use of fire fighting equipment for each stock car race held at the fairgrounds. Twenty six cigarette permits were renewed.
