Blackledge, the wife of Leauder Blackledge, aged 27 years; she was afflicted with that dreaded disease consumption, which baffled the skill of her physicians, and there was DO relief until death came on the evening of April when all that was immortal iied to that land from whence no traveler has yet returned. Yet we on her vacant seat and wonder why she has been called away. True the departed one seeds no more but there are sorrowing, bleeding hearts behind, to the bereaved husband and children, who watched beeide her dying bed, hoping against hope and putting their trut-t in Jehovah.
