That said taxes then due and delinquent amounted to $2.83 and that subsequent taxes to the amount of $3.21 to Mrs. A. K. Hamilton, who is now the lawful holder ot the certificate ot purchase. That said taxes then due and delinquent amounted to $8.04, and that subsequent taxes to the amount of $10.70 have been paid, with interest penalty and cost accrued, $5.23 making total amount necessary to redeem $23.97 and in addition thereto, the cost of service of this notice together with such interest as may accrue after this date, must paid, and that the right of redemption will expire and deed for said land be made within sixty days from the completed service of this notice.
