Although no of ficial statement has been made re specting the financial arrangements of the Mexioan Northern Rower Company which have been seriously upset by the Mexican revolution it is generally be lieved that the management will ask the bondholders to lend them the money which would have to be paid out on the next two half yearly pay ments in order to enable them to com plete the work The company have at present sufficient funds in the treasury to finish the work but would not be in a position to do so if the bond interest amounting to $500000 for the year was disbursed Tn the present condition of the money it is unlikely that the man agement would be able to finance on satisfactory lines so that it is con fronted with either having to pass the bond interest or pay a high rate for a 1OThe next interest payment Is due on July 1 and while the company is still undecided what course to pursue there seems to be little doubt that the bond holders will be asked to assist the com pany
