recommended by doctors for its special kind of help Not delinquents these disturb ed children are for the most part non aggressive withdrawn and generally unable to tolerate the pressures of ordinary living In addition to psychoanalysis they attend classes conducted by teachers trained by the home and geared to the special needs of each child It is the purpose of those con ducting the home to provide 24 hour supervision and aid in the hope that Linden setting and atmosphere will promote healthy strivings and will release the creative energies of these children It has been eminently successful according to Mrs Cohn The current crisis brought on by the fire has interrupted some of the more ambitious plans of the directors but only temporari ly When the home is rebuilt it will be
