To Wed This Month DENNIS THI MINACE Mr. and Mrs. H. Claire Weiss of Howe, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Lt. Mary Lou Weiss, to Lt.

Kenneth D. Hester son of Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Hester, of Baldwin. Lt.

Weiss and Lt letter are presently serving with he 801st Medical Air Evacuation Squadron in the Far East Air orce. She Is a graduate of Scott 4igh School in Howe, and Memorial School of Nursing In South Bend. After entering the Air Force in April, 1081, she attended Flight Nurses' School in Mont, gomery, Ala. Lt. Weiss Is now serving as a flight nurse in Japan and flies, regularly on patient- evacuation flights from Korea.

Lt. Hester has served with the 801st Medical Air Evacuation Squadron since August, 1991, and is now stationed in Korea as air liaison officer to the Korean Zone Army burgeon. Prior to his Korean assignment he had duty with the squadron in Japan. Lt. Hester is a graduate of Fay- ctteville High School and the University of Kansas City College of Pharmacy.
