"Jack" Joyce, Republican candidte for Congress from the Thirfl district, today announced ·ppointment of Mtd Caihion of FayctttviU* as hij campaign manger, with Headquarters at 28 North College. Joyce also announced that he has placed all advertising for his campaign with a new advertising agency in Fayetteville. the Northwest Arkansas Public Relations and Advertising Agency 438 North Olive, headed by Pat Perrin. Joyce stated that his decision to wage ah "all-out campaign to win" has been stimulated by calls and cash donations for his campaign from people outside the Re- Eublican party. He said he realises e will need the support of more than the members-o( the Republican party.
