Mills, D-Ark., ^remained in seclusion for the feighth consecutive day Tues- ; 'day, his Republican opponent, 5udy Petty, said she never ·would miss a week of congres- pl sional business because of any improper conduct. V-Mrs. Petty, 30, said that if 'elected and if she ever were to ·miss a congressional committee [rneeting, it probably would be .because she would be with the vvoters of the 2nd District in an ^effort to find out their views. ·;,, Mrs. Petty did not raise the 'issue o f .
