The loss almost certainly will remove Mungai from his cabi- et post. Three other ministers in resident Jomo Kenyatta's 20- lember cabinet and six assist- nt ministers also were de- eated in a wave of upsets in le voting Monday. Kenyatta, architect of Kena's decade-long independence, as returned unopposed for a lird term. He 'did not cam- aign for any of the candidates. Mills is opposed in his reelection bid this year by Ue- publican Judy Petty of Little Rock. . , Holleman sold lie planned to send a telegram to Alexander telling the congressman that if he bad proof of the "setup affair," "the people of Arkansas are entitled to know the facts, stating specifics, including your source of information. "If you do not have proof -and I seriously doubt that you do -- then I demand a retraction and apology to the Republican party," the telegram continued. "Such a statement is malicious slander by innuendo and shows sloppy thinking on your part, which is beneath the dignity ot the office you hold."
