AARP Praises Fulbrighl Record LITTLE ROCK (AP) -- Th National Council of Senior Citi zens has rated Sen. J. W. Fill bright, D-Ark., above the othe members of Arkansas' congres sional delegation for his votin, on issues of interest to the el derly. Fulbright, who ends his 30 year Senate career in January got the highest rating of the si representatives and senator 'rom Arkansas with 78 of a pos sible 100 points. Rep. Wilbur D. Mills, D-Ark got the lowest rating with 2 points. Fulbright is 69 year old; Mills is 65. The council rales the lav makers on 20 issues, 10 each i the Senate and the House. Ages of the lawmaker seemed to have little effect p their voting record in the opin ion of the council. At 78, Sen. John McClellan, D-Ark., is the oldes member of the delegation. Nev ertheless, he got a rating only 30, while the state's young est congressman, Bill Alexan der, D-Ark., got a rating of 6 Alexander is 40.
