Alexander, chairman of the department of political science at the University, talking on voting procedures in Arkansas.-Questions from the audience were answered by a panel o( several including Virgil Ramsey, chairman of the Washington County Democratic Committee; Charles Atkinson, :hairman of the county Republican Committee; W. M. Kilter, Republican Committee secretary; and Victor E. Russum. A delegation of high school students from classes in American government attended. The league will meet again early in May, and will feature a study of the structure of Fayetteville city government. Mayor Powell M. Rhea will be present to lead the discussion and answer questions.
