Head Start Centers 'in. Fay- etteyille and Springdale will be providing full-day, full-year child care with a comprehensive child development program. · Persons desiring this type of service must meet Federal income eligibility guidelines and have a documented need for full day care, as defined by B'ederal guidelines. The Springdale Center on Airport Road will be enrolling Children August 22, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Parents will need to bring income verification and immunization records. The West Washington County Center will offer two different types of services: a six-hour, four-day, nine-month enrichment program in the center, and a home-based option, where home visitors work with the parents in the home rather than with the child in a center. Enrollment at the West County Center on Mitchell Street in Lincoln will be August 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Income eligibility still applies in these programs, but the guidelines are different in other aspects. For further information, phone 824-5995 or 5211230. South Washington County Home-Based Head Start operates in the Winslow, West Fork, Brentwood area with a home- based option only.
