Youths Charged In Springdale Burglary Burglary and grand larceny charges were filed in Washington Cii'cujl Court Tuesday against two Springdale youths accused in the burglary of the Layman Shopping Center on East Emma Avenue June 18. J i m m y Hay Howard, 17. of 611 E. Huntsville Ave. and Jim Hagen, 17. of 515 N. Water St. were charged in -connection' with the incident. In · addition, Howard was charged with a second count of burglary in connection with breaking into a car at the res- deuce of Bob Scott, 2500 Jill Circle on July 12. DOUBLE FEATURE PROGRAM. (Besides, think of the enforcement problems!) Perhaps instead: neighborhood classes in "parenting," a n d inexpensive nurseries where mothers can leave their children occasionally before they become overwhelmed by them. -- H.
