The NBC series is now filming in Kenya and is loosely based on the life of Mrs. Adamson and the cubs of Elsa the lion. "We're concentrating on wildlife," said Mrs. Adamson, author of "Born Free" and "Living free" and head of the Elsa Wild Animal Appeal. ' .: "But it has to be sugar coated to appeal to the public It's not a documentary, it's'en (ertainment. It's on con scrvation and will be as authen tic as possible." One reason it will have an air of authenticity is Mrs. Adam son. I have few objections to open record. My children have been told all the facts known about their biological parents. The two older ones presently have no desire to check further, and the third child is still too young to decide. If they want to look up their natural parents later on, 1 do not believe 1 will feel threatened, as relationship with them is secure and 1 know that curiosity is a n a t u r a l trait. K i a n k l i n of Benton has filed suit in U.S. District Court here alleging that he and a friend lave been denied jobs wilh the Benton Fire Department because 1 of their race. The suit said that in the spring of 1973 f r a n k l i n and his friend, who are both black, ap plied For jobs as firemen. They were told that there were no vacancies but that they would be called when vacanies occurred, the suit said. According to the suit, they have never been called, al- though six or more white firc- ncn have been hired since they applied.
