From staff reports A former education technician at Sacop- ee Valley High School in Hiram has been charged with having sex with a female student under his authority. Zachariah Sherburne, 23, of Porter is charged with gross sexual assault, a felo- ny, and sexual abuse of a minor, a misde- meanor. Sherburne engaged in sexual with a girl who was or years old, according to an affidavit released Thursday by the Oxford County Sheriff Department. By RAY ROUTHIER Staff Writer Joe Cupo, one of best- known and longest-serving TV meteorologists, is retiring after 37 years. A Boston-based technology firm wants Portland residents to add beer, wine and liquor to the list of consumables they regularly order online for home delivery. The company, called Drizly, launched its Web- and app-based service in Portland on Thursday. Drizly is a Web developer and software compa- ny that partners with local retailers of alcoholic beverages in the U.S. and Canada to offer home delivery.

Portland is the 20th market, said Drizly co-founder Justin Robinson.
