magazine said in a report citing no sources that three American and three rench hos tages will be freed soon But in Washington White House spokesman Michael Guest said he knew of no imminent release of Americans going to be watching the situation Guest said Nine renchman are missing in Lebanon Islamic Holy War an organization of Shiite Moslem ex tremists that is said to have ties with Iran has claimed responsi bility for kidnapping four rench men including researcher Michel Seurat The group later said it killed Seurat but his body was never found A total of 21 foreigners are thought to be
