Press Staff Writer BARNEGAT TOWNSHIP Two Township Commit tee members have made a public plea to members of the Police Department to establish a Police Athletic League If the police heed the re quest by Steven Jentis and Arlene Kay Callahan Bar negat could have the first PAL in the area Currently the only other municipality in the area considering es tablishing one is Little Egg Harbor Township
